After graduating from Boston University in 1986, Joel Chipkin went on to receive his degree in law from the University of Bridgeport in 1989 where he was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania shortly after. Later in 2004, Chipkin was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
Currently, Chipkin serves as the President of the Executive Board of Directors of the Milton and Betty Katz Jewish Community Center of Atlantic City. He is also a member of the American, New Jersey State, and Atlantic County Bar Associations where he formerly has served as a Trustee.
