Michael D. O’Leary focuses his practice in the area of Worker’s Compensation. Prior to joining GMS Law, Michael spent three years practicing Personal Injury. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James P. Savio, J.S.C. (ret) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, during the 2020-2021 term. Michael is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.

Born and raised in Atlantic County, Michael received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2020. While at Rutgers, he was a member of Hunter Moot Court and the Domestic Violence Clinic.

When he’s not practicing law, Michael enjoys golfing, fishing, going to the beach, and following his favorite sports teams. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Atlantic County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Council on Safety & Health.
