Robert A. Stacchini received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1999 and went to work at an Atlantic County-based newspaper as a sports journalist. In 2008, he received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, Magna Cum Laude. Throughout law school, Robert represented St. Thomas in two national Appellate Advocacy competitions, was a member of the Trial Advocacy competition team, was an editor for the St. Thomas Human Rights Law Review and served as a student attorney for the St. Thomas Immigration Clinic.
After graduation, Robert served as a clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kane of the Atlantic County Superior Court and was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar.
After his clerkship, Robert went to work for a local civil litigation firm, where he focused his practice on representing the injured. Throughout his tenure, he tried more cases than any other attorney at his firm and was named a partner within five years. Robert then went to work for a large Cherry Hill-based civil litigation firm where he continued to represent the injured but also litigated insurance coverage and subrogation issues. During that time, he earned the distinction of being certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme of New Jersey.
