Lindsay Byrne obtained a Juris Doctorate, with Honors, from New England Law | Boston in 2012. During law school, Lindsay worked at a law firm in Boston’s financial district and subsequently served as a Judicial Clerk with the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. Since then, she has practiced workers’ compensation throughout South Jersey. Before joining GMS Law, Lindsay worked at a large law firm litigating workers’ compensation claims for individuals, insurance companies, private businesses, and public sector clients.

Lindsay is a member of the Cape May County Bar Association, Cape May County Chamber of Commerce, Atlantic County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Lindsay has lectured on various legal topics in workers’ compensation law and was recently appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the Attorney Ethics Committee.
