Dan Tracy
Civil Litigation with emphasis on Workers’ Compensation.

Professional Affiliations:

Prior to joining the firm, Dan served four years on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. Captain Tracy served as a prosector and legal advisor to the commandant and commander, and later represented soldiers charged with crimes at courts-marital and in administrative proceedings. Dan is a graduate of the Army’s Airborne School, and Northern Warfare Training Center. He was also awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.

Dan is currently the Atlantic County Bar Association Secretary and serves as chairperson of the bar association’s scholarship committee. He is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and is active in assisting military veterans.

Dan is a graduate of Loyola University (Maryland), where he earned a degree in accounting, and a graduate of Rutgers School of Law. He has also successfully completed various courses at the U.S. Army JAG School at the University of Virginia, and at the Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center.

Fran Ballak
Commercial Law, Real Estate and Municipal Court Defense

Professional Affiliations:

Fran is a member of the Atlantic County and New Jersey Bar Associations. He has also been part of the New Jersey and United States District Court of New Jersey since 2000. In 2006, Fran was admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Fran is a graduate of Rutgers University and Widener School of Law. Fran is also a current member of Berlin Borough’s Planning Board and a former member of Berlin Borough’s School Board.
